Assessment and Individualized Treatment

Every child is unique, with their own strengths, learning style, and areas where additional support can help them grow. Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment to better understand each child’s individual needs and developmental goals. Based on this evaluation and information from parents or caregivers, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to the child, their family, and the goals established together to support meaningful skill development and long-term progress.

HANDS On Autism Therapy Services

ABA therapy is endorsed by the U.S. Surgeon General, the National Institutes of Health, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Psychological Association as the only proven, evidence-based treatment for autism. Our center-based autism therapy services are individualized to the individual needs, strengths, and goals of each child. We use the approach best suited to each child's learning style and developmental goals, varying from structured to naturalistic, play-based interventions.

Parent Training and Family Support

HANDS believes that families play a vital role in a child's growth and development, which is why parent training is an essential part of every treatment plan. Parent training sessions are conducted with our BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and provide families with practical tools and strategies to reinforce the skills their child is learning during ABA therapy. In addition, HANDS offers Parent Support Groups and opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect with others within the HANDS community. These gatherings provide a supportive environment where families can share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections.
