Mady Ignacio grew up in Raleigh, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a BA in Economics and Geography. After graduating, Mady relocated to Washington, D.C. where she completed a fellowship at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Mady is excited to be back home in the Triangle area and return to HANDS, where she previously worked as a Behavior Technician while in school. Outside of work, Mady enjoys drawing, traveling, and painting, and a fun fact about Mady is that she rode a camel in Egypt!
