About

Brad Joachim grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and he pursued his undergraduate studies at James Madison University, where he earned a BS in Psychology with a minor in behavior analysis. He continued his education at the same institution, earning a MA in Psychological Sciences. Brad started his career supporting adults with developmental disabilities, later transitioning to research with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. He then conducted research with children diagnosed with autism at West Virginia University. In 2015, Brad earned his BCBA credential, and he has spent over 10 years working in the field of ABA therapy. Brad decided to become a BCBA because he saw an opportunity to apply his passion for behavior analysis in a way that could make meaningful improvements in the lives of others. In his free time, Brad enjoys being a dad to his toddler. One fun fact about Brad is that he knows a lot of random animal trivia!
